Let there be Sparkles

My final round for The Steampunk Pageant. Had lots of fun with this one, haven't done a big dress just because for a long time. I did try to stick to her character a bit though with the simple hairstyle but a fancy clip so not a big fancy up do, and a dress that won't tangle round her feet as she walks.
