I love the sketchy effect it has, because of that it almost looks like a traditional painting, gives a more organic feeling to it. I love how you colored her dress, rendering clothes is alwas hard for me but you achieved it perfectly, also the tones you used on it looks fantastic,

I also liked the simple background, because it looks simple and that way the attention is focused on the character, but at the same it doesn't look too simple, giving atmosphere to the piece.

The only thing that looks a little weird for me is the hand, for some reason it looks just a little too big, but maybe that's because of the perspective? I don't know.
