I had to change bases as I had no idea who the original was by, so I went with DHF (site gone) and picked a similar pose to keep them as close as possible.

This doll is like everything I wanted to make 10 years ago, and now have the skills for. Like I kept the stylistically folded material design from the original (instead of going for a 'realistic' style,) but made it look more feasible and less cartoon, ie like the material has a bit of heft and actually exists. I do rather like the sleeves too.

I'm just gutted because after I finished I found out that the original doll was a Historical Dolls bases and you can still get them from bunnystick, so I could have done this on the original base and all ¬¬
